Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with all original parts, components, and packaging, exactly as received.
- The item shows only normal handling; damage caused by misuse is not accepted.
- Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start your return process:
- Send an email to our support team.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you with the correct return address. Do not send your return to the sender’s address — the correct return address will be provided after your request. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)
Consumers have the right to cancel their order in accordance with the following terms if they are natural persons acting outside of commercial or professional purposes.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), receive the goods.
Because we operate with an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed and shipped immediately after being placed. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once your order has shipped.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement via email requesting to cancel your order. The cancellation becomes valid once we have received and inspected the returned goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders in Transit
Our products are shipped directly from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible until you have received the goods. Once delivered, you may return the order in accordance with the return procedure above.
To speed up your refund process, please provide us with a shipping confirmation of your return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except where legally required or if we failed to deliver). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your return.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any additional fees for this refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
